Tillack Park Stage 3, Completed!

Tillack Park Upgrade: Stage 3

After the installation of a new and updated playground in Stage 1, and upgraded picnic areas, shelters, taps, bins, seating and shade sails in Stage 2, now the long-awaited Stage 3 of the Tillack Park upgrade is complete- the new toilet block!

Before

As locals are aware, these amenities were very tired and have been affected by flood events over the years.

They had reached end of life and were demolished and completely replaced with a brand new toilet block. The new building is a more accessible friendly building, better flood prone materials were used and now has a baby/toddler change table facility.

After

These works were due to be completed early 2026, however the team have worked their Christmas magic and got them done earlier, just in time for the Christmas and New Year holidays.

I want to thank the workers for doing a great job and the locals for being patient while these works were being completed.

There is still 1 more thing that I want to do to make this park extra special! Keep yours eyes peeled for an announcement early-mid 2026.

It is something that will bring this park to life!
