Edwards Park Upgrade - Stage 2
Completed stage 1 playground
Council will soon begin work on the next stage of upgrades to the facilities at Edwards Park.
Stage 2 upgrades include:
The Installation of new picnic facilities including a shelter
The installation of park furniture
The installation of a bike rack
The installation of a new concrete footpath
The installation of a triple swing with shade sail
The installation of nature play
Landscaping

Project Timeline
The project is scheduled to start on Monday 10 August and be completed by 30 October 2026, weather permitting.
The work will be conducted Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm.
For local residents
We anticipate minimal disruption to the park users. The playground area will be fenced off for the duration of the works.
