Edwards Park Upgrade Concept Finalised!

In February, the concept for the Edwards Park Stage 1 upgrades was finalised.

After some delays due to wet weather and Cyclone Alfred, work is now scheduled to begin on July 17 (weather permitting).

The upgraded playground design includes:

• Climbing elements

• Bridges

• Rock wall

• Track ride (flying fox)

• Drop pole

• Crawl tube

• Slides

• Shade sails

There will be both a senior and a junior playground, so kids of all ages will have access to facilities tailored to their age group.
