New Owners! 15 Greendale Way, Carindale

After receiving a fifth extension to their Development Application (DA) in the State Planning & Environment Court last year, 15 Greendale way Carindale now has a new owner!
The vacant block of land was purchased off market at the end of January by a development arm of Woolworths Group Limited.

What happens now?
The new owners can either use the current and approved development application (DA) for the site- which is approved until 31 March 2027.
Alternatively, they may submit their own development application should they wish to make changes to the existing approval.
I have written to Woolworth and asked what their intentions are for the site and expected time frames.
As a community we now wait eagerly to see what will happen with this block of land.
