Christmas in Brisbane

There is so much to do in the city this Christmas season!

From the Lord Mayor’s Christmas Carols, to the Enchanted Garden in Roma Street Parkland, Christmas movies under the stars and daily pop-up Christmas performances on Queen Street Mall, there’s something for everyone.

Why not plan a day around some free (or cheap) entertainment and get your shopping done while you’re at it? Wining, dining and shopping in the city this Christmas is just one way we can help our local businesses who have done it tough this year.

The Lord Mayor is making it extra easy with free bus travel on all Council bus services over the two weekends before Christmas (Friday 10 - Sunday 12 December and Friday 17-Sunday 19 December 2021).

See the program below for dates, times and locations of everything that is coming up this Christmas season or check out Council’s website here.

Most events are free and some have a small cost or are ticketed to control numbers.
