Cannes Street Park Upgrade

I’ve been reviewing the condition of parks in Wakerley, and I have noticed that Cannes Street Park is in need of an upgrade.

I wanted to let you know that I have secured funding to provide an upgrade to the park this financial year.

Below is the proposed plans for the park upgrade which includes a play café for children to use.

The sign for the café can be personalised; thus, I am running a colouring-in competition for local children to win the right to name the café.

This competition is open for children up to the age of 12 who live near the park. If you would like to enter the competition please contact my office. Competition closes 11th September 2026.
